This machine removes the top and root of each onion. It uses semi-automatic induction cutting and supports continuous feeding.

Onion Peeling Machine

The chain-type peeling machine removes dry skins using compressed air. It handles medium-to-large bulbs and keeps cloves intact.

The onion ring cutting machine cuts peeled onions into even rings or slices. Slice thickness is adjustable.

Onion root cutting

The onion root cutter removes tops and roots using semi-automatic induction cutting. It handles onions from 5 cm diameter upward and reaches 500 kg/h. Clean cuts make peeling easier in the next stage.

Onion peeling

The chain-type peeling machine uses dry pneumatic force to remove outer skins. Peeling rate reaches 95–98%. No water is used, so the material stays dry before slicing.

Onion slicing

The SL-30 onion ring cutting machine slices peeled onions into rings or flat slices. Slice thickness is adjustable from 1 mm. Four feed hole sizes (55/70/90/100 mm) handle different onion sizes.

Onion drying

The industrial drying room removes moisture using hot air circulation. Temperature and humidity are controlled automatically. For a 100–500 kg/h powder line, the SL-4 or SL-6 dryer is usually selected.

Onion grinding

The SL-B series grinder pulverizes dried onion slices into powder. Fineness ranges from 20 to 120 mesh. For commercial onion powder, 60–120 mesh is common.

Onion powder packaging

The SL-450 packing machine fills bags from 80–190 mm wide and 90–310 mm long. Back sealing protects the powder from moisture. Speed reaches 10–40 bags per minute.
